Our story
We built a house. The upper floor is yours.
In 2020 we finished building our family house in Horní Lipka — a village at the end of a valley, home to 119 people, where silence has a depth of its own. The attic floor became two apartments with terraces and a view that makes leaving hard.
We are not a hotel and don't want to be one. "U Našich" means "at our folks'" — we welcome you in person, suggest trips and lend you a board game.

Sleeps four — and you won't miss a thing
Two identical attic apartments: a bedroom with a large double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a private bathroom. The words guests use most in reviews: "nothing was missing".

Faultless stay in a quiet spot close to Dolní Morava. The apartment was great and we'll happily come back.
We truly enjoyed everything, but the evening by the fire is what we remember most.
Spotless, board games, a very kind owner. Everything you could possibly think of.
